Warm Up:

  • 5 Downdog to Push up
  • 25 ft walking lunge
  • 25 ft inch worms
  • 30 Single Jump Ropes

Lift:

Bench Press – Take 15 Minutes to find heavy Bench Press (please use spotter if needed)

Fitness:

  • 5 rounds for time
  • 60 Single Jump Rope
  • 15 Knee push ups
  • 25 ft bear crawl

Performance:

  • 5 Rounds
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 3 Wall Walks
