  • Bent-Over Rows (Barbell or Dumbbells)

40-Minute EMOM:

  • Min 1: 15/12 Cal Row or Bike
  • Min 2: 12 Box Step-Ups (weighted if possible)
  • Min 3: 10 DB Power Snatch (5 per arm)
  • Min 4: 20 Air Squats
  • Min 5: 12 V-Ups
