800 Meter Run – With a Med Ball if possible or some type of weight

40 Ab Mat Sit-ups

400 Meter Farmers Carry

20 Ab Mat Sit-ups

**If you do not run, you can replace with Bike or Row.

If you have time today – Stick in a Tabata DB arm workout to finish off
