100 Push Ups

150 Air Squats

1-Mile Run

Beginner:

800-Meter Run (1000/800 Meter Row if you choose)

Then: 10 Rounds

5 Ring Rows

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

800-Meter Run

****If you choose to row first or last, try to run the opposite!
