Weightlifting – April Abs!

Tabata x 3 Rounds

Push Ups

Hollow Rocks

Sit Ups

Lunges

5 Sets of 3

Front Squat/Back Squat – Change weight as needed

Metcon

4 Rounds for time

10 Pullups
25 ft Bear Crawl
10 Wallballs
25 ft Duck Walk
10 T2B
25 ft Crab Walk
10 DB Push Press (50/35×2)
25 ft Walking lunges

    5 x 6 Bench press
    10 x 4 Bent over rows
    10 WB in between each rep (100 total)
    Then:
    12 min EMOM
    10 leg raises
    10 hollow rocks
    30 sec plank
    30 sec V ups
    (Hand stand for remaining minute)
