10 Deadlifts (95/65)

10 Squat Cleans

10 Push Press

50ft Walking Lunge – with bar if possible

Set 3,7,9 drop bar and perform 7 Turkish Get-ups (or kneeling overhead KB Press)

Goal is to hang on to the bar until the Turkish Get-ups

If time premits – Tabata ab work
