Bench Press – 8 Sets of 3 Reps @ 60-70%

In between each rep

:30 Plank Hold

Metcon

6 Rounds

Minute 1 – 20 KB Swings

Minute 2 – 10 KB Goblet Squats

Minute 3 – 8 KB Push Press (each Arm)

Minute 4 -10 KB Bent Over Rows (Each Arm)

Minute 5 – 8 KB Clean and Squat (Each Arm)

THEN:

For Time:

50 KB Swings

40 Goblet Squats

30 Push Press

20 High Pulls

10 Burpees
