Lazar unfortunately passed away recently during the CrossFit Games in Fort Worth, TX during a swimming workout. This tragedy has shook the CrossFit community and will hopefully lead to positive changes for future events. We do this workout in honor of his life. Our prayers go out to his family and friends.

  • 15 Strict Press (use moderate weight, adjust as needed)
