Rest :90 between sets – work on slow descent, explosive upward drive

Then – Super Set 3 Rounds

8 Romanian Deadlifts (bar or DBs)

10 Weighted Walking Lunges (5 each leg)

30 Empty Bar Strict Press

30 Goblet Squats (65/45)

30 Alternating DB Curles (35/20)

30 Farmers Lunges

10 Thrusters (95/75)
