CICF Cinco de mayo 5k run registration

I understand that participating in the Crab Island Cross Fit Cinco De Mayo Fun Run involves risks including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, traffic, and conditions of the road/course. Having read and understood this waiver and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Crab Island Cross Fit, all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks in participating in an athletic event of this type. I understand that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I hereby grant permission to use my name, photograph, video, or any other record of my participation in this event for any legitimate purpose without compensation or remuneration.
