ABOUT

Our Heart

We are a not-for-profit organization that operates a faith-based gym who’s mission is to steward this facility as a place to share the gospel and spread the love of Jesus Christ with the truth of His Word. We believe that the Bible teaches that true and lasting health starts from transformation within by the power of the Holy Spirit and that change of heart works its way outwards and spills into our lives and relationships within our families and community.

We choose to love others because Jesus taught us what love looks like by first and foremost loving us through His sacrifice. You will know the sincerity of our profession of faith to the extent that we express love for one another and reflect the love of God not only to the lost souls of the world but also to our neighbors. We are loved, therefore we love others and serve others because Jesus did not come to be served but instead to serve others.

“No Jesus = No love. Know love = Know Jesus.”

“If there any among us that fall short, forgive quickly, knowing that we are imperfect people who worship Jesus, the one and only picture of a person whose life embodied God’s standard of perfection.”

~ Jason Tibesar, Spiritual Advisor

Our Statement of Purpose

Our goal is as a fitness community to provide a place where like-minded Christian believers can congregate in a positive, healthy and Holy Spirit-filled setting where, besides working out, the people of God are able to freely fellowship, share praise about God and also give and receive regular prayer from fellow believers as an appeal to God for wisdom, intercession and help through many of life’s challenges, adventures and struggles.

“Finally, all of you should be of one mind. Sympathize with each other. Love each other as brothers and sisters. Be tenderhearted, and keep a humble attitude.” – 1 Peter 3:8

WE BELIEVE THAT:

  • The Holy Bible also known as the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament as being verbally inspired by God and inerrant and perfectly infallible in the original writings, and that they are of Supreme and Final Authority.
  • There is One God eternally existing in one essence, yet in three separate and distinct co-equal Persons, known as the Holy Trinity: God The Father, God The Son (Jesus Christ) and God The Holy Spirit.
  • That Jesus Christ eternally existed before the Creation and His physical incarnation into this world. He was the Only Begotten Son of God. Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born into the World by the virgin Mary.
  • The Holy Spirit, is the third person of the Holy Trinity, who convicts the world of sin, righteousness and judgment. He is the life of the believer and He empowers the preaching and teaching of the Gospel.
  • That mankind was created in the image of God, sinned, and thereby incurred not only physical death, but spiritual death also, which means separation from God, and that all human beings are born with a sinful nature inherited from generation-to-generation all the way back to the beginning through the transgressions of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
  • In the bodily resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, Jesus Christ and His ascension into heaven and His present life in heaven as High Priest and one and only Advocate between us and God.
  • In the blessed hope, which is the personal, visible and imminent return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and the taking up and instantaneous gathering of His true church through an event commonly known as, “The Rapture.”
  • It is impossible to please God without faith. Faith comes by the hearing of God’s Word and that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and that Jesus paid the penalty of their sins are “Born Again” by the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God and heirs of eternal life.
  • The actual existence of a personal devil, who is still currently working in the world to destroy the souls of men and that he and all his fallen angels, known as demons, and all who DO NOT receive Christ as their personal Savior will eternally perish in the lake of fire or hell.
  • In the Church, whose mission it is to preach the Scriptures to all the world, all of its endeavors being guided by multiple leadership and supported by the wise stewardship of God’s people.
  • That the ordinances of the Church, given by the Lord, are Baptism and the Lord’s Table (Holy Communion/Bread and Wine).

Biblical Principles for Modern Life

We uphold these Biblical truths in today’s world:

  • The Nuclear Family: “Marriage is between one man and one woman.” – Matthew 19:5
  • Only Two Genders: “God originally made them male and female.” – Matthew 19:4
  • God’s Design for Marriage: “Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.” – Hebrews 13:4
  • Submission to Authority: “Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.” – Romans 13
