Strength:

Tempo Front Squat 5×5 (3-1-3 Tempo: 3 seconds down, 1 second hold at the bottom, 1 second up):

  – Set 1: 55% of 1RM x 5 reps

  – Set 2: 60% of 1RM x 5 reps

  – Set 3: 65% of 1RM x 5 reps

  – Set 4: 70% of 1RM x 5 reps

  – Set 5: 75% of 1RM x 5 reps

Metcon:

AMRAP 20 Minutes:

  – 5 Front Squats (135/95 lbs)

  – 10 Push-Ups

  – 15 Cal Row

Core:

3 Rounds:

  – 15 Sit-Ups

– 20-second Side Plank (each side)
